Process Controls
Industrial fluid handling process control equipment, including flow meters, flow switches, pressure gauges, level control and monitoring equipment, for the industrial waste-water, chemical, steel processing, pharmaceutical, and food and beverage industries.

FLOW METER – Measures the flow rate or quantity of a liquid or gas passing through a pipe or conduit. Used in various industries, including water treatment, industrial manufacturing, waste management and many others. Access to accurate flow data is essential for product quality, safer operations, cost control, and regulatory compliance. Different types of flow meters include ultrasonic, thermal, turbine, and differential pressure flow meters.

FLOW SWITCH – Designed to monitor and control the flow rate of liquids, gases, or steam in industrial and commercial applications. Flow Switches detects and responds to the presence or absence of fluid flow within a system, triggering an action or sending a signal when the flow reaches a certain threshold. They can be used for multiple applications including equipment safety, control for pumps, boilers and other equipment that requires a specific flow rate and to monitor flow over a period of time.

PRESSURE GAUGE – Measures and displays the pressure of a fluid (liquid or gas) within a system, typically relative to atmospheric pressure, and is used in various applications to monitor and ensure proper system performance and safety. Types include Bourdon tube, diaphragm, bellows and digital pressure gauges. Common applications include Industrial processes, HVAC systems, medical equipment, and automotive. Pressure gauges are crucial for monitoring system performance, detecting leaks or pressure fluctuations and ensuring safety.

LINE BLOCKERS – Used to completely isolate a pipeline, duct, or process flow to ensure safety, prevent contamination, or control product flow by physically blocking off a pipeline or duct with a solid plate or blind flange, effectively creating a complete shut-off.

SAFETY SPRAY SHIELDS – Also known as Flange Guards or Spray Guards. Designed to prevent injury to personnel and damage to equipment by containing and controlling leaks or spray-outs of hazardous fluids at piping connections like flanges, valves, and joints. Shields can be constructed from materials like PTFE, Polypropylene, PVC, Polyethylene, or Stainless Steel.
